We're There for You and Your Child

In our work, we put great focus on one thing - the welfare and education of your child. In order to properly encourage your child's personal, social, and academic development, our professional educators follow a unique pedagogic approach that combines academic excellence with a relaxed, choice-filled atmosphere to allow children to direct their own learning.

Our teachers have years of combined experience and regularly participate in professional development to always bring new ideas and input to their daily tasks.

Traci Fronk

Director, Teacher, Co-owner

Introduction

Over the past thirteen years, I have gained a comprehensive knowledge base of child care and education through my experiences with children and families in a wide variety of settings. I have taught in preschools, elementary schools, and just prior to Bright Ideas, worked as a middle school special education teacher for students with cognitive disabilities. Of course, much of my most valuable experience has been as a mother to my currently 9 year old and 5 year old daughters. Serving as teacher, director, and administrator at Bright Ideas over the past 4 1/2 years has been a uniquely fulfilling adventure that I look forward to continuing for many years.
